It does have some bloom though so look out for that. However, 50% brightness is usually pretty good unless youāre in direct sunlight which saves quite a bit of battery.
The 11" is better for reading the web and consuming media on the couch. It's also better for handheld gaming. The 12.9 is better for everything else, but the the things that the 11 is better for are really important too. I ended up buying the 12.9 because I do a lot of photo processing on it. That wouldn't have worked nearly as well on the 11.
For some, the portability of the 11" may outweigh the need for the additional screen space. Also, the cost of the 11" iPad Pro is lower, so it provides a lower barrier to owning a tablet with professional features. I think both are great devices. It just comes down to your preferences and what you need more.
